Default NFL 2010-2011 Season

Tonight is the draft, but we've already seen some fireworks this off season. Plenty of trades (McNabb to the Redskins for a draft pick!) and some surprisingly dropped players to go around. Tonight should make for quite a show as well with many stellar quarterbacks getting passed over in the first round.

Here's hoping for a fun and exciting season!

Lions at .250? No way. The owners won't let that happen. They may have to give raises if they do that well.

lord.... I watched 14 of the 16 games when they went 0-16. After the last loss I actually was hoping for 6-10 years again....

They picked up a nice RB toward the end of the round, too.

I'm a Miami fan, so I was happy with their pick last night, DE Jared Odrick. He looks tough and should bring the heat back to the line now that both Joey Porter and Jason Taylor are gone. He plays like Jared Allen, Minnesota's DE.

yeah it was a good pick. As SI noted, the lions are rebuilding one brick at a time.

Does Vegas take draft picks into consideration when setting opening season odds? I lived and gambled there but never had any interest in the sports books.

It's Vegas. They take bets on the actual draft.
