All my personal experience with attraction and all my conversation with others on that topic universally confirms that no one just 'decides' who they will be attracted to. Does your experience differ? Did you just decide who you would be sexually attracted to and who you wouldn't?

Put another way, since (for a variety of reasons) none of us are actually going to do an experiment like the kind you suggest, doesn't it make the most sense to presume that homosexual orientation, like all other sexual orientations, is not consciously chosen by the individual?
Ok since we keep beating around the Bush (pun intended). I will once again be specific about what I am saying. Although, you strike me as a bit odd.

Attraction. Where does it come from?

I look at women on the streets, in public etc... I also look at porn. When I look at a women I am attracted to I get an erection. It is an urge to penetrate this woman using my penis (which really men start understanding when they hit puberty), which makes them attracted to women.

When it comes to sodomites, as I explain, it is the sexual perversion that is associated with the urge to be dominated as well as the pleasure he gets from the prostate on penetration.

I will not make the assumption that you so easily put out that men are born with a natural urge to get penetrated. Why would they have a penis. How would they reach puberty? When you reach puberty the biggest sign is the erection. Hence a lot of young kids masturbate. They beat off women who turn them on.

Stop coming up with nonsense. We are talking about sex. A sexual thing. Address the sexual aspect of it.

How come that gay guy doesn't want to penetrate? and if both of them want to penetrate each other, how would that work?
You read from gay literature that in fact it is not that way. That one is called Top the other is called Bottom. One is a pitcher, the other a wide receiver.

How more explicit should i get? Maybe best to ask a homosexual how did he develop this taste for men. What was the sexual thing behind it?

I have not come up with this experiment out of sheer ignorance. It is your hypothetical scenarios that are utter nonsense.

For fuck's sake.

Since we're being explicit, there are many gay men who both penetrate their male partners and are penetrated by their male partners.

Why would they be willing to get penetrated? and why doesn't the penetration of males disgust them?

Do you like to penetrate and get penetrated by men?
What is the thing that makes you different from a homosexual. That thing that disgusts you when you think about penetrating or getting penetrated by another man.

This is where the whole thread started. Why are there two types of males. Straight and gay males. What is the scientific explanation for that?

Because they are gay. But, not all gay men engage in anal sex. It is not the sex act that determines your sexuality.

:::sigh::: You know, rather than bicker over terminology, let's use your language:

If, for the sake of argument, we assume a binary division into those men who ["want to penetrate"] and those men who ["want to be penetrated"], what possible reason is there to even suspect that anyone consciously chooses which group to fall into?

All my personal experience and all my conversation with others on that topic universally confirms that no one just 'decides' [whether they want to penetrate or be penetrated]. Does your experience differ? Did you just decide who you ["want to penetrate"]?

Does that make it easier for you to address the question?

Sexuality is not binary.
again you don't answer anything. What is it? Do you want to win? Will you get a cookie? This is not the third degree. You are not on a witness stand.

The question is clear: What is the science behind the gayness?

To my knowledge, the factors that go into influencing sexuality have not been conclusively demonstrated.

What HAS been conclusively demonstrated is that it is not a matter of conscious choice.

The reason I suspect that they choose to be gay is the sexual pleasure that a homosexual can get out of the gay act. As clearly explained in my posts. A gay man enjoys the anal penetration more than a straight man. Just like some men like to fuck women in the butt (they like it more than vaginal sex or get tired of vaginal sex etc...).

Now to presume things that we do not understand goes against the scientific method. I am willing to do this out of my own accord when it comes to my religion. The one I chose. I am not willing to do this when it comes to what is now a human rights issue. One where I am forced into a straight jacket of taboos.

To be clear and specific: If you want me to accept: gay marriage, gay clergy, gay adoption, gay military personnel. And you want me to change my religion to say that gay men do not go to Hell. You ought to at least give me a reasonable explanation about how is one born Gay.

If it is a choice, then it has consequences.

how did you reach this stuff? how come?
To be clear, we are not talking about men liking blondes or brunettes. We are talking about very different beings. We are talking about two sexes...
What demonstrated this.

Donkey, stop being stubborn. Explain things. Do not say that it has been conclusively determined. You have no proof for what you are saying. None. Who determined these things?
