This is just a big heaping piling of steaming bullshit.

Someone is trying very hard to make 'net neutrality' look like really bad news and he's using a whole lot of lies and bullshit to do it.

I suppose the little "Tea Party Economist" tagline at the beginning says it all.

Well then, you agree with him that you are not worried about FCC involvement, but for different reasons.

Correct.

The level of internet regulation being undertaken by the FCC with regard to the provision of bandwidth, I have no problem with. Indeed, I applaud.

The FCC decision is highly significant because the USA is where several of the largest and most powerful internet bandwidth corporations legally reside.

The FCC does not and realistically cannot regulate internet content. Anyone who talks about that is just playing bullshit games.

What a curiously pointless article: demonstrating that the FCC is incapable of doing stuff that it isn't trying to do. He might just as well have written that we don't need to worry about the FCC implanting us all with microchips because the logistical costs exceed their budget.
