David Haye said a fight would be 'as one-sided as a gang rape'. Why did he say that? Because he knew the public would be discussing whether it was acceptable to be flippant about gang rape, nothing more.

Another boxer said 'no man black man' would ever beat him.

Mike Tyson said that someone had called him a recluse and a rapist, adding that he wasn't a recluse.

Someone else called his opponent a pussy.
Do we see a pattern emerging here? An attention-seeking pattern?
Boxing may be cerebral as far as being psychological, but being cerebral as in being intelligent, you're not convincing me, anyway, when they make childish statements like that.

All I'm saying is, I wish boxers would make up their minds.
One minute, it's a misunderstood art, full of geniuses - the next minute their making boring statements like this.

It's still not exclusive to boxing

Well, it seems to me that it happens much more in boxing than in other sports.

But, I don't know enough about boxing to be able to make any definite conclusions. I could be wrong in my condemnation of boxing - who knows.

Maybe you should be more careful in your general assumptions?

But it's only boxers who do it, you don't get it in other sports.
Have you ever watched American wrestling?

Oh wait, that's not a sport.

Also, you know admit you don't know enough about boxing yet claim it is the only sport whee you see this kind of behavior.

Now now, I have repeatedly said it's not the only sport where it happens, but that it seems to happen much more frequently in boxing than it does in other sports.

Boxers who are reflective, fair-minded, gentle giants have my good-will wishes.

Yes, when I was a kid. Then I grew out of thinking that was entertaining.
