A random thought on this topic. One positive thing about bringing in coaches from other countries/regions, is it keeps the game interesting. They bring styles of play with them.

I think that it's pretty fascinating to watch the chess-match of shifting styles. As the south American heavy hitters have picked up on the hard, fast, cut throat Euro style of football so they can take down the Germans and the Brits, they sometimes get a surprise hamstringing from one of the littler SA teams playing the slow dance.
